Movies: Murder Party
Tonight’s feature: Murder Party started off strong. It’s a new idea and the victim with whom the movie started was competent enough. Unfortunately, the rest of the characters, with one (maybe one and a half) exception depend much too heavily on art-school in-jokes.
The end picked up again, in no small part because the victim got loose again and something actually happened. I’ve definitely seen worse, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Unless of course you’re scrapping the bottom of your Netflix queue (like I am).
