Webpourri for July 13th through July 14th
Here are some random links that came up from July 13th to July 14th that didn’t quite merit their own post:
- ThinkGeek :: Zombie Mints Not particularly interesting except for it coincidentally popped up on my radar the same day I'd posted "Re: Your Brains."
- Tasks Graduates from Gmail Labs, Google Calendar Gets Labs – Google Tasks – Lifehacker Google Labs has been a good way for Google to try out new features in Gmail w/o impacting everyone. I'm looking forward to similar Calendar experiments.
- Meeting cost ticker It's no national debt counter, but this web toy will track your total meeting "cost" based on number of participants, average hourly salary, and duration.
- Microsoft is launching a music streaming service this month – Telegraph Although I hesitate to get too worked up, streaming music to my Zune via the built-in Wi-Fi would be great. Although MS has already admitted the new, forthcoming Zune HD (iPod Touch wannabe) will include features they can't (won't?) be able to roll out to older hardware.
Did I miss anything exciting? Let me know in the comments.
