Blog comment SPAM capitol of the world: Russia?

Maybe this is the case for email SPAM too, and I’m just not tuned into it because the Gmail SPAM filter is pretty good, but what’s up with all the blog comment SPAM for Russian websites?
Just for fun, I’ll let any SPAM that comes through for this post get published.
