Five days and going strong

Wes Anderson movies had a sweet spot of about 3 movies where he really had his groove, but hadn’t used up all his quirkiness (Rushmore, The Royal Tennenbaums, and The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou). Incidentally all of them had great music as well. Wes had a theme of his own for the soundtrack of Life Aquatic in that most of the soundtrack is made of of old Bowie songs sung in Portuguese by Seu Jorge with only his acoustic guitar for accompaniment.
