Ok, first day post counting theme and I’ve got a good track for you. Admittedly, I don’t know anything about Jack Penate. He’s got some accents and other goofy characters in his name and album title though, so I’ve come to the brilliant conclusion he’s not from the US. Maybe. Although that theory would explain the “David Byrne discovers world music” vibe.
Beyond that, all I know is that I dig this song. Maybe I’ll follow that handy-dandy Last.fm link earlier in the post and enrich myself with knowledge and stuff.
