• Police say Mankato mayor registered alcohol level three times the legal driving limit [Source: *www.keyc.tv* | 08/25/2010] That may just be a contact high, uh, um, contact drunk from all the power drinkers from Mankato State, uh, er, the Minnesota State University at Mankato (how the student body president was sober long enough to push through the name change is beyond me).
