While pretty much everyone agrees Windows 7 is the best Windows in the history of Windows (which it should be since it’s the latest, right?), Basic Instructions takes a look at why it feels so good to move to the new OS.

Ever try to delete a file in Wind’ohs and get the annoying error telling you the file cannot be deleted because it’s in use? In the past, I’ve used WhoLockMe, but that doesn’t work for Vista.
