Yet another something I would have expected I would have had on my radar, but managed to miss… the new Flight of the Conchords’ album, I Told You I Was Freaky just came out.

This isn’t the best track off the album, but I can’t seem to track down Rambling Through the Avenues of Time to embed anywhere, so you’ll have to settle for this Police rip-off.

Oooh!! Hey, YouTube came through! The album version maintains most of the banter too.

The Current must have had some success with The Flight of the Conchords’ Hurt Feelings and dug deep into the Conchords’ back catalog (their other album), to bring us The Most Beautiful Girl (in the Room).

Fantacular!

It is a good song though. Possibly their best, definitely in the top 25…

The Current (89.3) here in Minneapolis has been playing Hurt Feelings from The Flight of the Conchords lately. Maybe not their best song, but nice to see a public radio station not taking themselves so seriously.

Check out the track, it’s worth at least a chuckle or two.
