Ok, obviously, my selection of Jonathan Coulton’s Skullcrusher Mountain based on monkey references was made prior to listening to Code Monkey, which made me laugh out loud repeatedly.

Basically, imagine a song about Jim from the TV show The Office as a software developer.

Code Monkey have boring meeting with boring manager Rob. Rob say Code monkey very diligent, but his output stink. His code not functional or elegant, what does Code Monkey think?
